Program description

Thai Kitchen sends text messages to customers who provide their phone number when ordering, and to customers who join Thai Kitchen Rewards. Messages are sent by Thai Kitchen through its technology partner, FrontCall.

Order messages

When you place an order by phone or online, you may receive text messages about that order — confirmation, updates, and notice that it is ready. You will typically receive 1 to 3 messages per order.

Marketing messages

Customers who separately opt in may receive recurring marketing text messages, such as special offers, limited-time deals, rewards balance and redemption reminders, and announcements of new or featured menu items.

How you opt in to marketing messages

Marketing messages require your separate, express written consent, given by checking a box that is unchecked by default during online checkout or rewards signup. Providing your phone number to place an order or to sign in does not opt you into marketing. At the point of opt-in you will see this disclosure:

"By checking the box above, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Thai Kitchen through our technology partner FrontCall. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time. We may still send you emails or text messages about your orders and account. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Consent is never required

Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of placing an order, of joining Thai Kitchen Rewards, or of earning or redeeming rewards. You will continue to receive order updates whether or not you opt in to marketing.

Message frequency varies by promotion. This is a recurring messaging program.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any marketing message. You will receive a confirmation and no further marketing messages will be sent. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about your own orders, which are separate. To opt back in, reply START or check the marketing box again the next time it is offered. We will never re-subscribe you automatically.

Privacy

We do not share, rent, or sell your SMS opt-in data or consent to third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used to send the messages you signed up for and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
