SMS Policy — Thai Kitchen

Program description
Thai Kitchen sends text messages to customers who provide their phone number when ordering, and to customers who join Thai Kitchen Rewards. The sender is Thai Kitchen. Account messages may include sign-in verification codes and customer care replies.
Order messages
When you place an order by phone or online, you may receive text messages about that order — confirmation, updates, and notice that it is ready. You will typically receive 1 to 3 messages per order.
Marketing messages
Customers who separately opt in may receive recurring marketing text messages, such as special offers, limited-time deals, rewards balance and redemption reminders, and announcements of new or featured menu items.
How you opt in to marketing messages
Marketing messages require your separate, express written consent, given by checking a box that is unchecked by default during online checkout or rewards signup. Providing your phone number to place an order or to sign in does not opt you into marketing. At the point of opt-in you will see this disclosure:
"By checking the SMS box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages related to your account, orders and promotional offers from Thai Kitchen. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of joining or using Rewards. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop all SMS from Thai Kitchen, including order and verification texts; reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help."
Consent is never required
Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of placing an order, of joining Thai Kitchen Rewards, or of earning or redeeming rewards. Providing a phone number alone does not grant promotional consent. A STOP request stops all SMS, including order and account messages.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your account activity, orders and promotions. This is a recurring messaging program.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any SMS from Thai Kitchen. After the opt-out confirmation, no further SMS from Thai Kitchen will be sent, including promotional messages, order updates, account notifications and verification codes. Reply START to the same number to resubscribe. Checking a website box does not override a previous STOP. We will never resubscribe you automatically.

Privacy
We will not share or sell your mobile information or opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. Your phone number is used to send the messages you signed up for and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
